Bob Boob is the Broker/Owner of 1st Choice Realty and a top producing Realtor in Lycoming and Clinton Counties. He has assisted over 3500 families in the past 30+ years in the real estate business. While Real Estate is his nitch, he’s always willing to help in property management. He resides in Jersey shore, has 5 sons, 1 daughter, and 7 grandchildren.

Lisa Urbine is the Office Manager of 1st Choice Realty. She has over 25 years of experience in the Real Estate business, and has been the co-owner of 1st Choice Realty since it’s opening in 1998. Her experience as a Mortgage Broker is beneficial in her additional role as a closing agent. Lisa lives in Piatt township, Jersey Shore, is married to Wayne Urbine, has 4 grown sons and 7 grandchildren.

Rachel Killinger is our Director of Property Management. Bob, Lisa, and Rachel came together in 2017 to enhance and expand their property management department. Because of her vast knowledge, education, and over 13 years experience in this field, Rachel was happy to take on the role of leading this growing business. Rachel is also multi million dollar producing Realtor. She’s known for specializing in investment property sales, offering the best strategies for her client’s real estate investment goals. When she’s not working, you can find Rachel with her husband “Cam” and 2 sons, Landon and Lucas, and daughter Ryleigh. She also enjoys helping with her husband’s business, LCK Contracting LLC. 

Jared Boob is the Closing Coordinator at 1st Choice Realty. Jared was formerly employed with Avis Building Supply from 2005 until he joined our office in 2015. Jared’s experience and knowledge in customer service, organization, management, building and renovation has been a tremendous asset to the Real Estate Business. Jared resides in Jersey Shore with his wife Attie, their son Hayden and daughter Harper. He is a Jersey Shore graduate and enjoys playing basketball, working out, and spending time with his family. You also may recognize him as his alter-ego: “90’s Bob Boob”. He stars in numerous YouTube videos that you may find very entertaining. He also likes to remind people that he is Bob & Lisa’s favorite son. He is also in charge of choosing the Employee of the Month and alarmingly, he has won the award 39 Months in a row.

Jess is the assistant to Director, Rachel Killinger. She loves working in a Real Estate office with friendly people while getting hands on experience in business. Jess resides in Lock Haven with her husband and three beautiful daughters! She loves spending time with her family and friends. She specializes in accounts payable, receivable and all parts of bookkeeping and office management.
